'I have no idea how this property has a good rating on the Expedia site. That was not our experience. The room was not clean with wrappers on the floor and a dirty towel on the shelf. We arrived later in the evening and when we got up the next morning all I wanted just wanted to get out of there. I did speak with the staff and she said I should have asked for another room. Lesson learned. No apology.'

'It’s was perfect for my needs'

'The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep.'

'What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room...

'Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.'

'The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! '
