'Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.'

Called customer service who was similarly unable to reach her. We went to dinner unsure whether we even had a place to stay that night.
