'Exceptionally clean and pristine and the reviews were on point! 5 minute walk to the beach, pier, and in the heart of all the action with shops and restaurants, yet quiet where you can have a restful night’s sleep. Beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the beach. Secured access code to enter the elevator to the floors which was a plus. 'We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned. 'Room had great view! We had 5 adults and 3 children! Only given 4 bath towels.. check in text said 2 wash cloths and never had any. Kitchen supplies were limited… we cooked a lot in our room. Master bathroom shower - unable to use only a trickle of hot water. Had a water leak in the closet - were unable to use the dryer on the last day.'

'Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and plastic cups to take poolside. Beach was easily accessible. Resort is close to the Broadwalk, which was great for a morning run or evening stroll to restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the warm pool and making dinner on the grills. '
