Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at a few Westins, this was not the best one. The lobby/high traffic areas are beautiful and well maintained. The food is good. The rooms are really dated.
There were small details that turned me off- make up stains on my comforter, a strand of hair in the towel, discolored/old couch, cracked tiles. The lock on my door was broken and repeatedly got stuck.
My interaction during check in was off-putting, the staff member was rushing & seemed uninterested. They didn’t answer any of my questions or ask if I had any, but did give me a complimentary breakfast ticket for the next day, which was nice. Otherwise, the staff were kind. The gym is really small with limited machines/weights and very packed in the mornings.
The pool was the best part of my stay. It was beautiful, not packed or busy, plenty of towels and the pool was heated.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. But the pool was lovely and I’d consider a day pass here for the pool alone.
