'Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. 'Very clean, spacious, spectacular view and location. Pool deck is spacious and great. Wild Thyme the restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Pool deck bar good. Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish was fantastic. '
