'The front desk woman was on point! She had a line of people, people calling on the phone asking for shuttle times, and not being kind about the turn around time that were out of her hands. She still managed to keep her cool and be polite. She was even cracking jokes about the situation while handling her business. We often take early flight out of DFW and come up to stay the night before. We will be back!'
