'We stayed here for 3 nights during our family vacation with my husband, our toddler, and our infant, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. A perfect place for families traveling with young children. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. 😊'

'I booked at this location because it was close to Texas Health Hospital, where my husband was having surgery the next morning. Our room was located on the 7th floor facing Interstate Highway 75. It should have been a clue when I noticed the free earplugs on the nightstand. Very loud traffic noises all night. I even used the earplugs, but they were not much help. The bed was way to firm for my liking. The hotel is older and it smelled musty in our room. I sure glad I didn't have to stay another...

'Location Great for Rangers game. Staff was warm welcoming. GM Bill is Jack of all Trades. He’s customer driven to make sure your stay is excellent. He also was my shuttle driver from the airport and kept in contact communication as I landed. I hope the Ritz Carlton keeps an eye on these guy 👍'

'Property need an upgrade. Staff friendly and courteous. There are no Reastaurant within walking distance . Either Uber or Dash Door . Positive: nice breakfast and shuttle bus will take you to the airport. It is extremely cold inside . We had to turn on heater at 90% outside .'

'Redelijk nieuw hotel ziet er nog netjes en fris uit. Meubels in de lobby zijn wel al versleten. Kamers zijn mooi groot en de badkamer is netjes. Ontbijt is goed maar een half uur voor het einde wordt er al bijna niks meer bijgevuld.'
