'Air Conditioner wasn't working as well as we expected. Hot when we checked in didn't cool till about 3 am.'

'This was, without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. After a six-hour drive, we arrived around 6:30 p.m. It was the only hotel available in the area. 'The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎'

'I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...
