'The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Cabins are not on top of each other. It is convenient having the restaurants on the property and we appreciated breakfast being included in the price. We stayed in Cabin 12. 'The spa experience was disappointing. The room was cold, and they didn’t have the necessary amenities for a woman’s comfort. The oil was sprayed directly onto my skin cold. I received a massage on one hand but not the other. Same with my feet, The massage was rough, and they did not properly cover parts of my body while working on other areas. Overall, it was very disappointing — the entire massage service felt rushed and poorly done. I want to add that I get spa treatments at hotels on all my...
