« Very nice property. Easy to work with the owners and Travis. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the light switch and vent in the bathroom are one switch... should be on separate switches... at night it is distracting. Loved the interaction and helpfulness... very appreciated. Loved the location. . »

« Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter...

« Brenda is a wonderful person with a lovely home in nice neighborhood. I am glad I was able to meet her. During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value. »

« While relocating from overseas we needed a ‘home’ in the medium term why we located our permanent home. The apartment on Union Blvd was a near perfect answer for our needs. Well set out, well equipped, very well located in Colorado Springs, it was everything we needed. Quiet, clean. Communication with the management team… if needed… was easy and friendly. We’d recommend these apartments to anyone needing a short to long term stay. »
