'When you first walk in the pictures are nothing like they are online staff is unfriendly and judgmental after we finally checked in we went to our room walked into the room. It smelt of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls on the blankets. There is a cigarette burn on the comforter, you turn the air on and the cigarette smell gets 10 times worse and I am not a person that complains. I’ll sleep on the side of the road in my car and use the bathroom in nature if I have to, but that was...

'This was the worst hotel room I have ever rented thru Expedia who I have been working with 30 years. Handicap cap bench in the shower not useable. No control panel on AC so it blew warm air during the night. The bed was too big for the room size which made getting around extremely difficult. And last place was filthy.'

'This hotel was nice to stay at the only thing I didn't like was the curtains were very dusty. Everything was great the guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He was gonna put us in a room upstairs i exspained I have knee problems and he gave us a room downstairs. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a good deal.'

'Relocated to Las Vegas for work and stayed at the Downtowner. At first I was a little skeptical because of how reasonable the pricing was. However, everything turned out great. I even extended my reservation because how pleasant the place is. Furthermore, they are constantly innovating the building as well so my guess is that future stay will be even better. Shot out to Leslie also!! In fact the entire staff is super cool!!!'

'I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The room smelled like cigarettes. Then bedding and towels looked dirty. There was a group of homeless people that set up camp right outside our room and next to our car. We didn’t even spend the night, it was so bad.'
