'Plumbing issues. Toilet tank took hours to refill, prohibiting other occupies to use and flush. Room was advertised as "non smoking". Room smelled like smoke. Bedding smelled like smoke. Complete strangers knocking on door asking for "Big Brother" which totally freaked me out.'

'The air conditioner did not work well. The doors did not shut all the way. The bathtubs were not clean. The sinks were not clean. They had stuff stuck in the drain of the sink. The toilets didn't flush property, and the facilities had drug deals and prostitution, and the staff did nothing about it'

'There was roaches in the room and the ac was broke. The sheets had ashes on them and stains once we requested to move to a different room there was still roaches in there too that came out at night the staff was helpful but horribly maintained'
