« Let me just say first that this house had everything you can imagine to entertain kids and teenagers along with adults. Also, Hodi was amazing and quickly responded to a few minor issues we had. It was taken care of asap! We will definitely book this house again for our future Las Vegas trips!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Host! »

« The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space. »

« Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. »

« Location close to the strip was a plus. Enough beds for our group of 10. The pool cleaner did come on Saturday during the day when we weren't expecting them. The game room in the main garage needs ping pong balls. Host was accessible for questions we had. Overall a decent spot for a large group for a weekend trip. »

« We traveled for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone whether whey wanted to stay with their families or hang out with their teammates. The kitchen was great, though there were a few things I would expect in a "fully stocked" kitchen that weren't there (nothing major, but there weren't dish towels for drying, hot pads, or measuring cups/ spoons). « Family piggybacked off my SEMA attendance. The house was spacious and everything was new. The location was conveniently located to stores and restaurants. If you're planning on making multiple trips to the strip be prepared to battle traffic and parking. »

« The listing said it was newly renivated but it needed lots of work. Paint was chipped everywhere and the baseboards looked gross. Cabinets are old. It said it slept 16, it did not. Said it has a lake view. No lake. We couldn’t get into the house for over 2 hours abter the checkin time and There was an issue with the payment going through. The host basically harassed us and went in the house when we were not there. »
