'Hotel is busy with renovation. We received a recently renoved room, which was really nice Only the bathroom not so big and no hangers enough for the towels. Further all was nice. Breakfast good..only not enough tables..sometimes you have to wait for a place.'

This hotel is my all time favorite in Almaty and would defiantly recommend this hotel with European standards. One remark, try to get a room on the back side of the building as the street side can be a little noisy for sensitive sleepers.'

'Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

'Great modern hotel in the center of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was minimal hot water in the shower, otherwise everything was perfect.'

'Ligging langs de beurs activiteiten. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer naar verwachting met airco, waterkoker, koelkast + mineraal water gratis aangeboden. De tapijten in de gang zijn een beetje versleten, maar het algemene toestand van het hotel valt mee.'
