'The property was kept up but it was very old, mold on the walls and ceilings. Sink was broken, fan didn't work. There was a lot of debris on the walls. The staff was nice it this hotel could use some upkeep.'

'Rooms were pretty nice. Bathrooms nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool table in the lobby - clutch. One star for cleanliness. Literally found a cockroach in the middle of the room when we woke up and got ready for breakfast, which was not good. First time ever seeing a cockroach in a hotel. I was not expecting that. Usually one cockroach means more cockroaches somewhere else. Will not book at this hotel again. Sorry, but cockroaches are dealbreakers for me...'

'The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....

'Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. I had an issue with checking in. I booked through Expedia and received notice the day before travel notifying me of a rate change. I could not get in touch with Expedia prior to my travels. The hotel did not have one of my two confirmed (though Expedia) reservations when we arrived. Thankfully rooms were available. I am now trying to resolve the issue of being charged for my stay on that reservation by Expedia and the Hampton.'
