'HILTON BROOKHAVEN STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS. I had a fine stay. Paid the bill. Went on my merry way. A couple of days later I see a charge on my Amex bill for $32.62. I call to inquire. IT’S A PARKING FEE. Are you kidding me? A parking fee? Did it say that when I booked? Did it say that on the instant receipt I got when I booked? NO. THAT IS STEALING. And how greedy and miserable to charge people for parking their vehicles. Miserable. Greedy. Low class trash behavior by a corporation. Same as it...

'The bed was very uncomfortable. Very expensive.'

'Staff dressed in street clothes. Not professional attire. TV remote not working when checked in. Door card had a problem getting into room seemed ro be the door system not working. Hotel under refurbishing and materials piles up in lobby. Staff smoking outside and the odor of smoke was disgusting when leaving twice. Workmanship on work done in bathroom was not professionally done. No name tags on staff'
