'4 stars for Staff. The Front Desk Staff - GREAT! Mia at the Front Desk - lovely person. The Room Cleaners - let’s put it this way, if you’re only staying 2 or 3 nights, make your own bed and keep them out of your room. If you have to let them in, lock up all of your stuff.'

'The room is spacious and modern. There was some hair in the bath tub when I check in, not a big deal but I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The towels are replaced every day and the trash are also emptied every day. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, which was good, the refrigerator did not have a freezer I plan to store my cold pack, but there is an ice dispenser. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average. Sausage, eggs, bagels, fruits, and pancake pancakes. '

'Heating/AC is visibly filthy, with vent dust on the adjacent wall. Electrical plugs not working properly. Housekeeping knocked on my door three separate times with a DND tag on the handle. '

'The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean. The area around the hotel was loud because the Amtrak ran behind the building. Typical New York neighborhood with hotel right in the heart of it.'

'Econolodge is a budget hotel (in spite of the 150 pn) and the rooms were clean, sufficient towels. The householdstaff was friendly, the bathroom clean. There was a microwave and a fridge. We were very satisfied in spite of the noise of the ac which we switched off. At a ten minutes walk there is a good Stop n Shop'
