'This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.'

'I really liked this place. The location was great. Staff were helpful. Pool is nice We had a 2 bedroom unit which appeared to be a full kitchen from the pictures. It was not. There was a fridge/ microwave/ a hot plate that took us a while to figure out. Other complaints it there were no locks on the bedroom doors or the bathrooms.'

'The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The decoration is beautiful and chic. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon.'
