'Luckily we only was staying one night but upon check in was informed the showers in all the rooms were not working. Pool closes to early especially when traveling with kids who enjoy the pool. The doors for some of the rooms didnt close tight you had to pull them tightly closed. Staff was good. Received breakfast for free because of the shower issue. Food was decent. Small selection but a variety.'

'So when I booked this resort through Expedia, the night I arrived to the resort I called the number and was trying to check in. It was a very unorthodox way to check in. Very confusing for my first solo trip and knowing how check out procedures work for a hotel. No one was available in “reception” meaning there was a note hanging on the “office” door.
