'The staff was excellent. Any problems that arise they fixed immediately. The power in bathroom was out they fixed it immediately. One of the beach chairs was broke they replaced it immediately. They were all nice courteous and wished us a great time. They let us use the chairs even after we checked out. Great location the tiki bar was great the bartender went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Live music was excellent definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Food was excellent...

' Wij hebben twee jaar geleden hier ook verbleven en waren toen erg tevreden. Het viel ons nu op het het inchecken erg lang duurde en men stelde veel vragen online en dat kost veel tijd. De kamer nog steeds ruim en netjes, maar het blijft bijzonder dat er maar één deur is voor de douche en toilet. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Elke morgen een grote glimlach en een vriendelijk praatje met Julio is een leuke start van de dag. Wij verbleven hier meerdere dagen.'

'Our room was very comfortable. We found the cleaning staff to be well coordinated, working as a team. Señor Rene was very helpful and the cleaning ladies we interacted with were very helpful and worked hard. They were constantly on the move to accommodate guests.
