Dear Pauline,After reading your review I want to apologize that the room that you were assigned smelled of smoke. We are a non-smoking hotel and its very unfortunate that some guests do not follow the policies and end up being charged for smoking. We treat these rooms and any room smelling of smoke should not be sold, and I will investigate how this occurred. As for the breakfast, we are launching a brand-new breakfast in the coming weeks and we hope you decide to give us another chance so we can provide you with the amazing stay you deserve.
