'Staff was friendly'

'The room was clean and they did give us new towels even on days they didn't do full cleaning services, which I appreciate. We were given a handicap room and the shower was a little run down and off color. No conditioner or lotion bottles, only a bar soap, with no holder for the soap, and a shampoo bottle. 'The room was good but the outside and the elevator smells. The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like...

'De kamers zijn redelijk onderhouden en schoon. De ontbijtruimte was om je rot te lachen: 1 klein tafeltje met 2 stoelen is de complete eetruimte en dan zit je ook nog naast de receptionist. De keuze bij het ontbijt was overigens prima.'
