'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The room was clean. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Plenty of towels provided. No body cream. Front desk gave complimentary water bottles when asked. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. '
