« Lanier Island is beautiful. The Legacy Lodge is okay, we wouldn't go back. The toilet in our room took 5-6 flushes to clear even liquid waste. We notified the Cleaner, but it was not fixed. The floor in our room was seeping water right next to the bed. I asked the Cleaner if she could please mop it, thinking she missed it. I watched her mop it as we waited to leave and when we came back it was wet again. That's when I realized it was coming up from under the flooring. The next morning it...

« Hotel does need complete renovation. I noticed renovation in the lobby area was going on, need attention in the room renovation also. Friday morning desk person was very young, need to train her to be friendly and pay attention to guests needs. With a proper training I think she can do a better job. Over all our stay was Pleasent. »
