Chalets in Lake Lanier Islands

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the property was peaceful and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every shift we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. Beautiful view from the breakfast room onto a lush wooded area. If the weather had been better, we'd have enjoyed the outdoors patio and the fire pit. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. 'Clean rooms'

'The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional.'
