Suivez le Soleil est les animaux de compagnie et vous et toute votre famille et les amis accueille dans les Outer Banks.

    La vue imprenable depuis Suivez tablier enveloppant du Soleil apaisera et vous rafraîchir. Réveillez-vous tôt pour le lever du soleil et profiter de l'une des meilleures parties de la journée. brises fraîches de l'océan vous caressent pendant que vous enquête le beau paysage à partir des ponts. Puis tournez votre chaise autour de la fin de la journée pour une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil sur le son.

    Retirez-vous dans la piscine privée (12'x 25 ') après une journée à la plage. Évacuez le sel et le sable dans le bain à remous. Divertissant famille et les amis seront un jeu d'enfant sur la magnifique terrasse de la piscine. Baby-foot, basket-ball, et d'autres équipements sportifs seront garder tout le monde actif. Rassembler la famille pour les jeux de volley-ball dans la cour de volley-ball. Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour la plage il y a des chaises de plage et un panier de plage d'attente pour obtenir votre journée à la plage (500 verges) juste à droite.

    "Follow the Sun" a 8 téléviseurs câblés pour votre plus grand plaisir, un lecteur DVD, une variété de vidéos et deux aires de repos pour que chacun puisse profiter de ses programmes préférés. Chacune des 6 chambres (4 king-size, 2 lits ou lits jumeaux) a sa propre télévision par câble à raccorder. Le grand espace ouvert au dernier étage entouré de trois côtés par des ponts est idéal pour une soirée de plaisir et de divertissement. Les extras supplémentaires comprennent 2 barbecues au charbon de bois et 2 barrières pour bébés / animaux domestiques.

Great Stay

Had a great time at the house, had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart which was helpful for getting stuff to the beach. Will rent again next year!

A Wonderful Week in OBX

This house worked out beautifully for our family vacation in the Outer Banks. We had plenty of space and it was easy to communicate with Beach Realty as needed. We really enjoyed having a pool right on the property and having multiple decks were terrific! Would definitely recommend this home.

We really loved the size and location of Casa Bella. It was close to the beach and shops in Duck. Unfortunately, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. It lacked even the most basic of materials. No mop or broom for the outside areas. Keeping the floors clean was a battle. Many of the remotes to the TVs didn’t work or were missing. The space was great but it needs some TLC.

The experience with the rental company was great from the start and remained as such for the duration of our stay. The location of the home was good for our needs - we did rent a golf cart to shuttle family from the house to the beach and strongly recommend doing the same if you have anyone unable to walk very long distances. The only complaint we had was overall condition of the home as it could benefit from some TLC on the interior. The outdoor amenities were great, pool was very clean and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Lots of steps which is good exercise. Wife said where is the elevator. Lol. Location to beach was great. Was a very short walk. Would rent this again next time we plan a trip to Duck..

Casa Bella in August

We liked the house. It was very clean. We did the linen package which helped since we were coming from Jersey. Loved the location of the house, easy to walk to some shops. Our 17 yr olds love that. The beach was with in walking distance. We did rent a golf cart. My elderly parents came with us so that helped in getting them to the beach. The only complaint was the grounds. We couldn’t use the volley ball court. It was covered in weeds and my husband weeded the pool area when we got there. That needed to be weeded as well. I understand that it’s hard to keep up with some of these things but we couldn’t use the volleyball court and that was disappointing. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Having so many people to decide to come was a dream come true. House was big enough for everyone. Beds wre comfortable. Ac was great. Had lots of room upstairs to all kids toys. Kitchen table was nice and big for all the kiddos. Pool looked small but kids love the extra steps and seats in pool.Big kid love it to.Sad new they took Play set down just before we came down, which is why we rent this place. 5 kid under 6. Needs alot of love outside. Nails were stick up, leaves in outside shower and grass around pool. Need a broom in kitchen.

Lots of great deck space coming off of all of the upper level rooms. The house comes stocked with really nice beach gear, chairs + umbrella, toys, cart etc. - loved being able to walk to lots of the main drag shops.

Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the ample room for our group of 11 adults + a baby, and enjoyed being able to sit down together for meals at the large table. The linen service was wonderful. We also liked the location--close to shopping in Duck, and fairly close to the beach. However, we were disappointed by the unpleasant damp smell in the basement, the unusable volleyball court, the overgrown trees that blocked the sunsets, the non-functioning wagon to haul beach chairs, the broken/rusted beach equipment, the lack of deck chairs (only two for a house that sleeps 16), and the uncomfortable furniture in the living room.

Reviewer Comments: There where a few things wrong with this rental the dryer stopped working the second day called the office they had it fixed that same day which was great , the volley ball court was unable to be used due to tree branches hanging in the court office was made aware of this alsó but unable to take care of it before we left. The pool did not get cleaned as it was suppose to be cleaned half way threw our vacation . But over all it was a great family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with our rental experience. There were some issues that I will address. The volleyball court was basically unuseable-weeds, etc growing in sand had not been cleared out nor was there a rake or tool for us to use to do it. The trees that grow close to the pool area should be cut back-they drop an unpleasant purple berry in the pool and on the area surrounding the pool.I understand that with such a quick turnover from one group to the next that there is little time for carpet cleaning- somehow, it should still be done. The last two times that we have rented in Duck, we found out upon arrival that the house we had rented was for sale. I do believe that the owners do not take as much pride in their rental when they are expecting to sell it (things that should be repaired or replaced are not). I do think that the rental company was responsive to maintenance issues we made them aware of and responded quickly in addressing those concerns. All in all we still had a very good vacation.

A nice short, maybe 5-10 minutes depending on who was walking. The house was nice and was spacious enough for my large family. We had 2 two-year-olds and 2 four-year-olds and the house was pretty baby safe. The location was great. Things to do nearby, fun little boardwalk nearby.A few areas were kind of dirty, lots of spider webs in windows, and we didn't feel comfortable opening many of them because one had a really big spider. We did have a power outage but it seemed like the neighbors knew it was coming (we didn't know to expect it). We had troubles with the bathtub on the top floor draining, with 4 young kids needing baths, it was disappointing to see the tub filling up while trying to get cleaned in the shower. Or the tub taking 10 minutes to drain after an actual bath. When I contacted them about it, we were thanked for the feedback and told it would be passed on for assistance and we never heard anything.All in all, it was a nice place and we absolutely WOULD stay there again.

The pool was a little small but very nice and serviced regularly. The midges were pretty gross, but not house's fault! Couldn't get hot water in the kitchen sink. We had to clean the exterior dryer vent to be able to dry anything. Love how close to Duck it was but definitely need a golf cart for beach and we did not know that in advance and could not rent one when we got there.Overall great house!!

Nice, big house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There house was spacious and clean. Long walk to the beach but short walk into Duck. One bedroom needed a mattress replaced, every single spring squealed and groaned. But overall a great house.

Location is PERFECT, house is clean and spacious, pool and hot tub are a great addition to the fun.

The pool is so refreshing. Our multi-generation family loves this house.

Family fun

Family reunion week with 15 people. All enjoyed volleyball, pool, hot tub, outside decks, big family dinners, walks to Duck for shopping, donuts, and ice cream, and long days at the beach. we suggest you bring bikes or scooters to ride to the beach. Poolside and deck furniture - would have been so much better to enjoy outside with some decent lounge chairs. Overall house was great.
