This location is ideal for relaxing while also having easy access to all of Maui’s adventures! A short drive takes you to beautiful Wailea with elegant dining and shopping, and a stroll down South Kihei Road finds you at lots of great local eateries, shave ice stands and fun souvenir markets!



Bedrooms & Baths



The condo sleeps 4 comfortably, with a plush king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with comfortable mattress topper in the spacious living room. Bonus: Wake up to an ocean view if you are sleeping on the sofa bed!



The bathroom is roomy and modern with stand-up glass and tile shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay.



There’s plenty of drawer space in the bedroom so you can settle in, unpack and relax for your full stay on Maui’s south coast!



Kitchen & Dining



The condo has a full kitchen with spacious countertops and is stocked with all the cookware basics you need to stir up some fresh veggies from the farmers’ market, locally caught fish, or afternoon snacks after the beach!



As another great option, there is a community BBQ area in the complex that you can use anytime to grill up steaks or burgers. 4 person dining table in the condo plus bar stool seating, and another table and chairs outside on the lanai.



Indoors



The condo is nice and spacious, with plentiful space for a family or two couples to have lots of comfortable downtime between adventures! Comfy seating inside and out so you can kick up your feet and read a book, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Wi-Fi included.



The split AC system, with units in the living area and bedroom, keep it nice and cool after long days in the Maui sun.



There are a washer and dryer in the unit. We also supply beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay.



Outdoors: The Lanai



Be sure to set aside some time each morning and evening to soak in the gorgeous view and fresh island air outside on your private lanai! It’s so peaceful and you may even spot whales or dolphins in the beautiful Pacific at the right time of year! Catch the sunset and enjoy the ocean breeze!



The Property



Enjoy a cool, refreshing dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub and sauna after a long fun day! The BBQ area is perfect if you want to grill some steaks or fish. Tennis and shuffleboard courts are a fun option for relaxing evenings as well.



Parking is free for one vehicle, and there is no resort fee.



The Area: Dining and Activities



You’re right in the heart of Kihei’s fun bustling energy, so enjoy! Kihei Caffe’s two nearby locations are perfect for breakfast, and Paia Fish Market’s Kihei location makes a fantastic lunch. The freshest fish in every style you can think of! There’s also tasty sushi at Miso Phat and phenomenal burgers at Cool Cat Cafe. Pick up sandwiches and salads from 808 Deli to take to the beach! If you’re here on a Tuesday, hit Fred’s Mexican Cafe for Taco Tuesday! And right upstairs is Moose McGillicuddy’s if you want to watch sports with an ocean view!



South Maui Gardens is also one of our top recommendations. Go for the endless amazing food truck options, stay for the beautiful plant nursery, local boutique shops, free live music some evenings, and an artisan market every Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM!



For activities, you’ll have your choice of golf courses within 10 minutes in either direction. Ma’alaea Harbor is 15 minutes away for a variety of sailing, snorkel tours, scuba diving tours, whale watches in season, and fishing excursions. While you’re there, visit Maui Ocean Center, our beautiful aquarium! Or take the kids (or adult kids :)) to Maui Golf & Sports Park for miniature golf, bumper boats, rock climbing and an X-treme Trampoline!



If you'd like a different type of experience, take your rental car to Paia on the north shore for a bohemian day browsing unique stores and people watching, have lunch at Flatbread Company, and then go check out the turtles and surfers at Ho'okipa Beach Park!



For full-day adventures, book a trip to Haleakala to bike down the volcano, or take a drive on the famous Road to Hana (just leave early)!



There are also several luaus in the area, as well as zipline courses, horseback riding and ATV tours if you don’t mind a little drive. Or take a helicopter tour to see Maui and Molokai (parts of Jurassic Park III were filmed there!) from a whole different perspective! For specific recommendations, we’re happy to help!



Unit comes with a Vacation Starter Kit: Includes Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Hairdryer, Iron & a Starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Soap. Safeway, Foodland and ABC Store are great for any items you forgot at home, or for restocking!



Cleaning is done before and after your stay, but if you’d like to add on additional cleaning service during your stay as well, that can be arranged! Just let us know!
