Conveniently located in S Kihei across from popular Charles Young and Kamaole 1 beach and park, this 2-bedroom unit is colorfully decorated and well appointed for vacation enjoyment. Includes central A/C in all rooms of the condo, remodeled master shower, full kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking and serving, full-sized washer & dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, water toys, boogie boards, towels, cooler, NO Snorkel gear due to Covid 19), high-speed WiFi, Premuim cable on 47" & 32" TVs, bedroom ceiling fans, plus floor fan. Bonus items are Pack n' Play crib, Child-size blow-up beds with electric inflator. On site swimming pool and hot tub currently being renovated expected completion date is December 11, 2023.

Seamless communication from the owner, with simple check in and check out processes. Great location, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen supplies and beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and ice packs already in the freezer, plus body boards! Kids loved the pool and the hot tub is nice. The grill near the pool - with plenty of table space - made it easy to make food while the kids played. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The complex is quiet, it is very clean and the host communicated well. The instructions were clear and we had easy check in and check out. It’s right across the road from a beautiful beach and with the later 11 am checkout time we were able to play at the beach in the morning, shower and then check out on time. Plenty of food/stores close by including a food truck park right down the road. Very happy with our stay!
The extra touches were wonderful! They had beach gear, kids toys and tons of extras in the closest! Loved the special touches in the bathrooms!

We did a Ladies' vacay and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is set up well-very clean and quiet.Karen was very welcoming and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.We enjoyed being so close to the beach as well as shopping and other amenities. I loved sitting on the lanai listening to the birds and other critters chatting.The rooms are nicely set up-comfortable and having all the beach extras sure was a plus! Also-having AC available was a very welcome amenity-we are from AK-so cool there is hot for us.Would definitely stay here again if we ever get to go back to Maui .

Everything was excellent. Great location a block away from a beautiful beach. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, mini split air conditioners for each bedroom and living area, washer/dryer and even beach equipment! Even with some mobility limitations in our travel party, we had no trouble navigating the 8 or so steps from the elevator to the unit’s floor. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! It is super clean, no black feet from walking barefoot. Perfect size for our family of 4 and great amenities for our kids. Comes with a pack and play with sheets, booster seat, beach toys, and books/toys for indoor play. Stocked well with beach necessities and kitchen supplies to make food preparation easy. Beach is right across the street and walking/short driving distances to restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui

After booking, I was excited to stay here but that changed quickly at arrival. First, this unit is NOT ADA/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. We had someone with disabilities who luckily could climb stairs after taking the elevator, but if they were fully wheelchair-bound, there'd be no way to access the unit without being carried.Next, at check-in, the electronic lock didn’t work with the code provided in our check-in instructions. There was no physical key or backup option. I called the only number listed for the unit on Vrbo and despite notifying the host of our time of arrival 24 hours ahead, I was sent to voicemail over 10 times and left waiting in the heat for nearly 30 minutes. When contact was made, only one of several backup codes worked. I asked for a local contact in case of further lock issues, and was given a housekeeper’s number—not a property manager, though the AOA rules (provided in-unit) require one. Other issues: Moldy washer—strong odor and visible mold in the rubber ring (more mold than can be attributed to climate). Supplied towels smelled mildewed. Also, binder info in-unit conflicted with VRBO info, both places w/ incorrect info than was supplied by host when talked with on phone during lock issue. Was only made aware there was a separate code to access the communities pool when I was on the phone with the host trying to find a code that worked for unit lock. Overall, updates needed w/check-in process and condo info along with better communication.
