'Even as a family of 5 we found our 3 bedroom sea view apartment to be extremely spacious and well-equipped, with en-suite shower rooms to the 2 twin bedrooms and both a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower to the master bedroom - there was also a full-sized kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry room, separate WC and huge balcony with outside dining and seating areas. The room and hotel in general were well maintained by Kenyan standards and very clean - the only drawback was...

'The communication wrt extra bed charges should have been clearer from the start plus the front office people were unnecessarily grumpy all the time. That said, team at restaurant was great and security team at entrance was excellent.'

Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.'
