'This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend.'

'Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them.'

'El departamento es bonito, funcional y está en una zona agradable, no muy lejos de las estaciones de metro. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo...

'We stayed in the superior room- Very nice and perfect for our family of five. Our fault for not mapping it ahead of time but, it is a little far from the train station.'

'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'
