« L’appartement n’est pas en très bon état bien qu’il soit propre. Très bruyant, réveil à 1h du matin et 5h du matin par les autres résidents… il n’y a pas de rideau donc le soleil nous réveil également très tôt. Le lit n’est pas confortable donc nous ne passons pas une bonne nuit Le seul point positif est que l’appartement est bien placé »

« Studio très pratique et confortable avec frigo, évier, futons confortables. Les seuls petits bémols sont qu’une seule pièce est climatisée donc on a tendance à s’enfermer dans la chambre ; et il y a très peu de rangements. Nous y sommes restés une semaine, le studio est près de plusieurs métros, la localisation est idéale et le quartier très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, de boutique, et quelques laveries. « Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. « A fantastic place to stay in Tokyo close to Shinjuku. Well-designed flat that makes the absolut most of the space available. Nice balcony and well lit space. All the equipment needed is there and works flawlessly. I will stay there again. »

« Le métro est à 3mn à pied et à une station de Shinjuku qui a été un point central dans nos déplacements à Tokyo. Appartement très propre, climatiseur, ustensiles de cuisine à disposition, une machine à café Nespresso et une bouilloire à disposition dans la chambre. Le gros plus, la laverie gratuite avec lave linge et sèche linge et le kombini dans la rue en face de l'appartement. »

« Great sized room for our family in a fun location in Tokyo. I was slightly apprehensive about the “unmanned” aspect going in, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Easy to find and easy checkin. The room had everything we needed. »

« Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. »

« Accès compliqué, odeur pestilentielle dans les parties communes, chambre en sous sol sans fenêtre, lit inconfortable et pas d’eau chaude. Les ingrédients d’une nuit ratée. J’ai annulé deux nuits mais la première m’a été facturée le double du prix affiché. Lamentable. Une chambre à fuir »

« This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight...
