' The design and sense of detail in the hotel is beautiful. The bed is big and very comfortable, so was our room, it’s was very spacious. The pool looks very modern and clean. The staff was genuinely helpful and kind. The location is good, just a short 15/20 min walk to the main shopping area.The serve great coffee in the lobby/cafe. The only minus point was that the breakfast was a bit limited, you could choose one sandwich and one drink (coffee or juice) each, served with a mini bowl...

'Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. '

'The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Clean and tidy and great utilities. There were a few signs of wear and tear but didn't bother us in the slightest for the price we paid. We were allowed in the apartment early due to an early flight arrival which was very kind of the owner. Obviously the pool is amazing with the best view in the city. Just be warned though the water is quite chilly but the view is worth it! The cleaning crew were polite and gracious and security...

'The place is clean and well maintained Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. If you guys can get some new towels, also provide some laundry soap since there is a washer dryer combo, also there is a step going in the bathrooms if you can put something there just to alert people that there's a step to prevent people fr tripping especially the elderly. We enjoyed our stay... will be recommending you to friends and families that will be visiting KL. Thank you. '

'Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....

'quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. I did not know much information or was not mentioned when checking. Like how you can reach reception? During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

'Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good. '

'The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good. '
