'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'Quality level is nowhere near its price level'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'Room was filthy not mention lobby had no one there for over an hour 20 minutes so we couldn’t check in til late then got horrible directions to our room and were outside going from building to building trying to find our room just to get inside the room and it looked like it hadn’t even been clean. Oh and they charged us a $300 deposit'
