'Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .'

'Property was comfortable and clean. Stairs are rather steep so not for someone with problems walking.Location of house beautiful views around the bay. As high up with wonderful views it keeps you fit to walk back from the harbour and shops only 10-15 minutes BBQ and fire pit available, '

'Everything we needed for our short break car parking a bonus we never used the car . Ferry and bus close by train station in Teignmouth,and places to eat nearby . The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The interior design was fabulous with its quirky collections of toys and Art Deco touches. The slightly ‘faded glory’ only added to the appeal for us. Our group was six adults (the two of us plus our adult children with partners) and the property appealed due to the three large double bedrooms. 'We had a lovely time, Elaine and her husband were very welcoming. The accommodation had everything you needed. We sat and watched the boats go by from the balcony. Walked to the local pub which was very nice and over the bridge to meet some friends. Cute location good value for money.'

'The house is very spectacular with a perfect riverside/estuarial position. We were able to walk across the bridge to Teignmouth where trains can be accessed for local and long- distance journeys and go for walks in the nearby woods. A few pubs and shops, chippy and bakery in the village so no need to drive to get basic provisions. Well recommended for a peaceful break with lovely views and fresh air. '

'Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.'

'What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this incredible property! Our family of 5 adults, two small children and two dogs thoroughly enjoyed a great week here. The weather was fantastic which always helps, but what makes this place special is the view which is to die for and the lovely, welcoming hosts.
