« Staff was super friendly. They took us to the ski gear rental shop and back again to return the stuff. Their English was ok, enough to explain what buses to take, recommend pistes, etc. We even received a small gift when leaving. I recommend reserving the 3 meal course. »

« This hotel was in the perfect spot for us. We had an authentic Japanese style room, with Pvt bathroom. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs from baggage storage, to help with sending our luggage on to our next destination. To allowing us use of the public onsen after check out. »

« We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. »

« Very welcoming Ryokan, with stylish old style room. Just take care not to make noise. But the village is really cute in the middle of the mountain with the 9 public hot springs. »

« Convient parfaitement aux familles, grande chambre. Très propre, nouveaux kimonos chaque jour. Shuttle service every time we needed to go to Yudanaka downtown. Very friendly staff, d’une grande gentillesse. Avoir un onsen à domicile (intérieur et extérieur) était un régal dont nous avons largement profité. Petit parc public avec des jeux pour enfants juste à côté. »

« The helpfulness and customer services are top notch! Staff was willing to help in any shape and form and were very kind. The room we stayed was spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (buffet) with different options between Japanese meals vs western style meal. Burger bar at the entrance is also an option as well. The hotel is next to the ski area so it is very convenient. Great hotel overall »
