'This is an excellent small, elegant, boutique-hotel strategically located next to the Diet and four blocks from the imperial palace circular path which follows the perimeter of the moat. Ten minutes by cab from downtown offices. The in house French restaurant l’orangerie has an intimate setting excellent for business entertaining or an intimate lunch and dinner. The new chef produces creative and distinctive food with superb service. A thoughtful wine list with a knowledgeable sommelier.'

'Inchecken kan echt pas om 15:00 uur. Als je eerder bent kun je de bagage achterlaten en krijg je een volgnummer om rond 15:00 uur in te checken. De kussens zijn erg Japans, maar de kamer en voorzieningen zijn prima, het personeel vriendelijk opmerkzaam en behulpzaam.'

'Good rooms & Spa. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.'

'We have stayed at this hotel several times, specifically on the ZEN floor, which is a higher-end level that offers lounge service. We always enjoy the service and amenities in the lounge. Although this hotel is slightly older, it is conveniently located between Yotsuya Station and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, making it easy to access various train lines. It's very convenient for traveling to major areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. We also really enjoy the breakfast buffet on the main...

'The rooms look nice and newly renovated. They were also clean. But we had to change our room twice due to a mouldy smell. The fact that it's not possible to open the windows in many rooms makes this even worse. We would not go there again.'

'LOVED the amenities. It was hard to leave!! I booked this naively unknowing what a love hotel was, but I had such a great time. If you’re a solo traveler looking for some luxury, don’t count this place out'

'We used this as our base for 13 nights and it worked perfectly. The best thing about it is the washer-dryer in the room. On a trip this long that meant never hunting for a laundromat — we ran it three or four times without thinking about it, and came home with clean clothes instead of a suitcase full of laundry. Location is excellent. Higashi-Shinjuku station is about three minutes away on the Fukutoshin and Oedo lines, Shinjuku-sanchome is five, and Kabukicho, Golden Gai and Isetan are all...

'Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!'

'Minder goed dan de foto’s deden beloven. Het was een beetje viezig in de algemene ruimtes, de vloerbedekking op de kamer rook niet fris en de badkamer rook de hele trip erg muf.'

'Real Nice rooftop onsen'

'スタッフの方はとても素晴らしかったです。高田馬場駅までのシャトルバスもとても便利で助かりました。 部屋にある家具類が古めで、引き出しの建て付けが悪かったりしたので、新しくできるともっと良かったかなと思います。'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day the room was cleaned. In walking distance of shops, bus in front of accomodation en metro walking distance. With wheelchair good accessible. Had a good time! '

'Heerlijk ontbijt en fijne bedden. De kamers zijn klein maar zeer compleet'
