Beautiful Cabin Nestled in the Smokies

  • We would like to invite you & your family to stay with us in our beautiful mountain cabins located on the banks of Big Creek and the French Broad River in beautiful east Tennessee.

    Our cabins are nestled near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on over 4 acres of land with a stocked trout stream. Some of our many amenities include a hot tub, fully-equipped kitchen, picnic area that is by the creek with charcoal grills, satellite TV and an artificial fireplace. We supply towels, sheets, dishes, glassware, and kitchen implements so all you need to bring is yourself, clothing and your groceries. There is no cell phone service or WiFi. This is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy The Great Smoky Mountains!

    We are within easy driving distance to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountain's National Park on the Tennessee side. Equally close are Asheville, the Carl Sandburg Homeplace, Biltmore Estates, Maggie Valley, Pisgah National Forest, Hot Springs, Cherokee and Harrah's Casino.

Host changed check out time days before we went to 11am instead of 12 noon what I paid for originally, I sent message they would not respond,magically to tell me why it was changed,sorta affected our travel plans,had this cabin book for few weeks and check out changed 2 days before we went,decent cabin nice land,but super cheap on some house hold products,toilet paper the thinnest I've seen could literally see through it had to use alot more to do your business,probably not saving them alot of money in the long run instead of using a decent name brand some thickness,could definitely tell it was the industrial style for gas stations,hotels and bulk buying businesses going cheap,not sure if I would stay again,definitely would take supplies.

Our stay was very peaceful. We loved the stream. Sitting in the hot tub next to the stream was even better! There is a grill (bring charcoal). There is a coffee pot. We were not SURE of those 2 things when we rented.A small table on the back deck & some furniture on the front deck would be nice additions. We would definitely return.

I am so thankful for the reviews I read before booking my stay. This property exceeded expectations. My husband and I arrived late after dark and the property was easy to find. It was so quiet and peaceful, yet we were conveniently close to I-40 and the town of Newport (I recommend Snowbird Mountain Coffee). Also, there’s good coffee minutes from the property at The Bean Trees. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch overlooking the stream and firefly show each night. I wanted to give my husband a chill weekend while we were in town for a wedding and this place delivered!

Our stay was wonderful! Clean and quiet, it was so nice spending the evenings unwinding listening to the creek flowing while enjoying the hot tub. Perfect to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of nature, while also being close enough to have days full of adventure in Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountain national park!

This cabin is beautiful. The property was so relaxing to be at hearing the creek while sitting in the rockers on the porch. Loved our stay.

The cabin is right by the water. The cabin is clean and just right for 2 people. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the back porch and listening to the water. We were close enough to I-40/Newport to be able to go eat out and pick up items at Walmart. We appreciated the Wi-Fi, especially since there is no cell phone reception. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was super clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. The cabin is easy to find but secluded. There is wifi to keep you in touch once you arrive. Only thing is that if you are looking to hike the cabin is at least a hour away from the National Park hot spots. Also bring drinking water, it can have a sulphur smell. The creek was beautiful, hot tub worked great, and had a great trip. 10/10
