'Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. We ran out of soap and toilet paper.'

'The Aida is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is close to the KC streetcar & the art museums. It is well maintained, the rooms are spacious & the staff is very helpful. Cookie treats & fruit are provided as well as Expresso coffee. Regular coffee would be a nice addition.'

'The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged.'
