Prima hotel, goede service.

The hotel itself is actually nice and comfortable, but the experience was completely ruined by hidden fees and what feels like a front desk scam. I traveled for 8 hours to get here and arrived just one hour before the official check-in time. Instead of showing basic hospitality to a tired traveler, the staff demanded an additional $25 fee just to let me into the room early, or told me to wait. There is absolutely no mention of this mandatory early check-in charge on their official website. Management needs to train their staff to be more flexible and, above all, transparent. If you have fees, state them clearly online. You can stay here, but be prepared for unexpected charges at reception.
