Max, was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had in my 10+ years of using this and the other similar website for vacation rentals. 'I came to Houston for a class and stayed at this Vrbo for a month as it was close. It was a lovely place to stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom was decent, and the kitchen was good. The neighbors were friendly and the owner was helpful. However, the location is not the best- there was an issue with my parked rental car that happened during my stay. 'Clean and comfortable, stayed for a conference. Well stocked and good amenities. Can we a tad loud as you are downtown but wasn't an issue. 12min walk to the conference center however I took uber most of the time because it's too hot to walk in business clothes. Host was helpful. '
