Hôtel près de Stade Gelora Bung Tomo (Surabaya)

また訪れた際には利用したいホテルです😊 I stayed here on my first business trip to Indonesia. Even though I don’t speak English, all the staff were very kind and helpful, which left a great impression on me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. 😊 »

« Friendly staff. Clean rooms and an awesome pool! I had a great stay. »

« Location is convenient, bathroom n kitchen is a bit old( cause water?),towel like a woodbark(?) room is clean, I no need wait too long to get my room.. »

« Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient....

« The room not to clean. The property items/utility less and some of them broken. »

« Every thing was bad . »
