'We had a big group staying and on the whole we had a wonderful experience. Some of the frustrations were long lines to checking at the front of the hotel, and also one of our rooms was not available until after 5pm, while checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. Also, they provided drink ticket vouchers but the bar staff couldn’t accept them so it was strange. All in all, great location and quality experience.'
