'La ubicación super buena. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado (mini split) también tienen estacionamiento muy iluminado y en general está bien.... En mi caso reserve de último minuto y estuvo lista la habitación cuando llegue... El único detalle es que se les olvidaron las toallas pero en recepción me las dieron'

'The setting is very peaceful even though the highway is close. The cabins are surrounded by palm trees. It would be nice to at least have coffee available at the hotel. As of now, no food of any kind is available on site. I found a high quality restaurant in about a 5 minute drive. At times, there were issues with running water but staff attended rapidly and were able to turn it back on.'

'La decoración preciosa, todo el personal muy amable. Todo nuevo y limpio. La habitación muy espaciosa, hasta con sala de estar y TV con pantalla enorme. La cercanía con el aeropuerto muy conveniente, además te llevan en un carrito de golf del hotel al aeropuerto. La alberca muy limpia y agradable, desde el roof hay muy bonita vista a la selva.'

'Orchid House Jungle hotel was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Far enough away to not be bothered by droves of people, close enough to bike, scooter, or taxi to plenty of activities. The staff was helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Frank our main contact listened to our needs/wants and absolutely had great suggestions and personalized our stay. Jose the primary bartender whipped up delicious Mezcal drinks and sweet Jamacia (Hibiscus drink) while also suggesting cenotes and places to visit. ...

'Perfect location, but a pity that there was too much seaweed. The hotel does a lot to remove it, but in our case it was impossible to enter the water. Appartments are very nice, but when you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not close to the road behind. For us it was no problem. '
