'One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. '

'Room was dirty the sheets were yellow and the towels. They have me the wrong keys adn entered a room with guest in there. Had to call several times forncheck in info. Requested more towels, did not get them. The bath tub was clogged'

'Amazing property to get a real good experience in PR. It’s not like an hotel where you are pretty much use to, this stay gave me an authentic experience and feel of PR. 'This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The outdoor tub/shower was a big highlight. Overall, we loved NOA and we're looking forward to trying out some of the other DW apartments in Puerto Rico!'

'Great accommodations with secure lodging, parking, and easy access to tour San Juan. The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked for my short stay. I did message the owner with questions during my stay and never received a response, but otherwise everything was perfect!'

'I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. 'The staff was great especially Maria. Early on the departure day there was a person on the desk who did not speak English. That caused some confusion. Otherwise a great stay!'

'We stayed in the Romance Room at Duna by DW and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was nicely sized, well-ventilated, and decorated with a beautiful rustic tropical style. It was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable. One small drawback was the bathroom door—it’s an older sliding door that was very loud and could definitely use an upgrade. 'The room was awesome! Very unique and interesting design. Perfect for a trip where you are looking for something different than the normal hotel. The room has everything you need and is within walking distance of a great beach and lots of food. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'
