'We have stayed here many times. Service was great when we first stayed many years ago and then it declined, last year I debated whether to come back. This year I can say that the service was very much improved. They now have an 18% service charge added to all food and beverage orders and maybe that is part of how they have retained a better staff but in any event it was much improved over the past few years and I am OK with the built in service charge if that's what fixed it.
