'De ligging van het hotel is prima. Aan het strand en dichtbij restaurants. Het appartement was ook ruim voor 5 personen. Alleen misten wij een eettafel met stoelen in de kamer. We hebben nu op het balkon gegeten, maar als het slecht weer is, is dat niet mogelijk. De geur in het appartement is niet prettig, wellicht komt dit door het schoonmaakmiddel? Jammer dat de strandstoelen niet bij het hotel horen en je die dus moet huren (35 dollar per 2/dag). '

'A la hora del checking una persona del staff nos dijo que la habitación que pagamos no el aparecía en el sistema. Y que debía esperar 20 minutos por una nueva habitación. Ya nos había dado las llaves, así era llegó otra persona y dijo eso y le asignaron la habitación a otra persona. Luego esperamos los 20 min y estaba ya otra persona. Está otra persona no entendió que había pasado porque en el sistema estaba todo bien y procedió a darnos las llaves del tipo de habitación que pagamos. Todo bien...

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'Arrived the week after Mother’s Day. Despite calling ahead due to disabled child and being told a room would be ready arrived and the only room ready was a 200$ up charge. WiFi did not work the entirety of the stay. Hotel did not have washcloths despite asking for them multiple times. Room was still dirty when we entered with a tips and hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The pool was nice and the location on the beach was good. They were out of the free gifts for the entire stay. Bar...
