'Hotel is great. The staff are really friendly and some of them did help us unloading the car. And our baggage were delivered in our room. The view is also very spectaculaire. You can see Hollywood from the hotel and the rest of LA. Only downside is, you can not park nearby or in the hotel. We parked our car nearby Historic Broadway metro station.'

I had requested in the comment section of the reservation, to please have the couch pulled out into a bed and have the mattress made up prior to our arrival, as I knew it would be quite late. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. We had to have someone bring the additional bedding, although they knew there were 3 people to the room. We had to make up the pull-out couch.
