'We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing.'

'The cornercottage is well equipped. Big kitchen, livingroom with big tvscreen, two good size bedrooms, washingmachine. Also a terrace to have a coffee in the sun. We loved it! The sea and busstop are near. Main shops in walkingdistance. Deal has a nice old centre a you can have a long walk along the pebble beach.'

'The Hayloft was absolutely gorgeous with everything to the highest standard. Superb property with everything you could wish for and a lovely host. Beautiful location and views. Not sure where else you could relax in the hot tub as the sun sets while watching a crane fish in the small lake. Weather was unfortunately wet and windy a lot of our stay so didn't get to make use of the balcony. 'Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use...

'Sarah and her son were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely cottage in a great setting too. Good size and dog/family friendly. Comfy bed & sofa & the equipped kitchen was handy. Would certainly stay again!'

'The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...

'A very clean and well presented property. Good location as just a short walk into town or to Stone Bay. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.'

'The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.'
