« Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

« Third stay in Bonjour An Nam Home in our north Vietnam tour. Each time we had been kindly welcome by all the staff and particulary by our favorite receptionist "Camille". We rent our scooter directly at the hotel so we didn't need to wait or look for a rental shop. The rooms were every time perfect. Taking contact before we arrive wasneverytime easy and usefull to achive our requests. Thanks a lot for your kindness. We hightly recommand this hotel »

« The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

« Clean, spacious new hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Old Town. Will be staying again. »

« The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel feels just like coming home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Hanoi! »

« Très bien »
