'Breakfast was OK. I don't eat eggs and was looking forward to waffles and maybe bacon some mornings. You do NOT have a waffle maker which I looked forward to. Also, be prepared that your room is not cleaned for the length of your stay. Towels are provided but you must go to main desk to ask for replacements. 'Clean,friendly and quiet! My family and I stayed here while visiting Dewey beach! Just about 30 or so mins away from the beach with so much to do and eat on the way! The front desk staff was so kind and the lobby area had lots of snacks and food to buy incase you didn’t want to leave! Would def stay again!'

'We love staying at the Avenue! It’s our 4th year and plan on returning. It’s super clean and we love the onsite pool! We love how it’s close to everything. We were super sad that the golf cart ride to the beach was gone. We loved riding with Lew and it was sooooo helpful with my mom and her walker in the past summers. Please try to bring it back. Only complaint was the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, even my 4 and 6 year olds complained.'
