'Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. 'This little gem delivers both creature comforts and proximity to both intracoastal and ocean. There's a public beach park less than 10min walk with view of Pompano lighthouse and amenities including picnic tables (several under pavilion), grills, bathroom. Walks through surrounding neighborhood are easy and safe. Was a terrific place to call home for a week.'

'Place was clean and super close to the beach. The lock was a little tricky and we couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner off of eco mode so it kept turning on and off- might be in problem in hotter months but it was fine for us in March. It’s definitely a small place and didn’t have the basics of cooking supplies like oil or salt and pepper or coffee grind but we had a friend in town so it was fine. Host was very responsive. Overall a cute little place with a great location.'

'Nice property, all amentities except for cable (had roku but no instructions to use it). No wifi for PC? Good location... beach was across street and within walking distance to pier, restaurants and shopping. Also close to free taxi service. Had a couple of issues with AC and hot water but was easily fixed at circuit breaker. Checkin was easy and management/owner was responsive to questions. Pool looked clean but did not use it. 'My husband and I had a short stay here. The property is one block back from the beach, on the quieter end from activities and had all that we needed. Deirdre was an excellent host and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. There appeared to be some “long term” stays in the complex and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
