'I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all.'

'The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.'
