Bad staff and internet issues. Internet would not allow ma third person to get onto his computer. Only allowed 2 internet connections without paying money. We got off computer and phone to let him get on and it still didn't work. He tried to click on the premium internet package and it didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask the clerk to charge us for the internet upgrade and she said no she couldn't. I told her that this was a problem - we needed to get a job application for a summer internship sent off. She shrugged her shoulders and said in a snotty tone "I am just an hourly employee". I worked in a bank for years with tellers paid hourly - providing decent customer is a choice. Just because you are hourly does not mean you can be rude. There are proper ways to treat people. If someone is frustrated to try to make them feel better; you don't act like you could care less.
No amenities at this hotel. We stayed the previous night at a competitor suites hotel and they had plates bowls etc. for about the same rate. At this hotel you had to buy the plates. If you want a hotel with amenities like a box of kleenex this is not the hotel for you.
