'The hotel was a good value. Just know that the rooms are basic. No coffee makers, refridgerator, glasses and toiletries are minimal but they offer coffee at the lobby, ice machine, have an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, comfy bed and pillows. They also have sitting area in the lobby, as well as a deck on the 2nd and 6th floor facing the ocean with tables and chairs. Great location to walk around town and the only grocery store in town.'

'Toen ik wilde inchecken om 1915 was er helaas niemand aanwezig. Na het bellen van het nummer werd ik 10 minuten later geholpen door twee hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Ik kreeg een kamer upgrade, kingsize met balkon. Een ruime en schone kamer. Hotel ligt op een fijne centrale plek in Avalon met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. '

'What a lovely hotel. We stayed in the Catalina Suite and we had the perfect view of the water. It was quiet and lovely, and the entire staff were courteous and friendly and helpful. I would recommend this any day of the week. This was my husband's first trip to Catalina, and now he wants to come back and add an extra day to the visit. We will more than likely stay at the same hotel. Thank you guys so much.'
