'The staff was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, they seemed somewhat unorganized. We purchased the all-inclusive package, but the staff did not clearly explain which foods and restaurants were included. We often had to find out the details when we arrived at the restaurants, which was confusing and frustrating.
When we asked staff about the restaurants and dining options, we received different answers depending on who we spoke with, and many staff members seemed unsure about the...

'Great location! Staff service was excellent. My only criticism is that the cold water in the shower during the day was over 100 degrees and would never get cooler. It was just less than scalding hot and the same temperature as any hot water setting.
At night, the temperature was slightly less, but still very hot. So we did not get much relief from the heat with a nice "cool" shower in the afternoon after getting back from fishing.
Other than that, I have no complaints.'

'Kadun was an excellent choice for our stay in Cabo. The location is superb, the hotel feels new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The rooftop pool was one of our favourite parts of the hotel. It was a great place to relax, and the food served on the rooftop was excellent.
We especially want to recognize Jamie, Evan, and Adriana, who helped make our stay even better. Their...
